1.可以确认我们应用有这个接口权限(因为其他店铺授权后调这个接口是正常的)；

2.appID:wxece12455f5714ba2 这个店铺之前是微信视频号，后来升级为微信小店，然后授权给我们的应用，可能是店铺升级后没有自动增加这个接口权限。
