我得 第三方平台 权限集 公众号权限里 怎么没有发布权限？
现在通过api接口 只能发布到草稿箱，而无法直接发布上线成功。
以前还可以 就最近不行了
错误提醒：发布失败: api unauthorized hint: [SeL9IA023854-0] rid: 6875a836-072ba633-45e0a722
草稿已生成，请检查公众号授权状态。
但是看了授权 这个是正常授权的，并且通过公众号助手查看， 该篇文章已经进入到了草稿箱。

你好，因为此账号是个人主体没有相关功能权限，所以授权了也无法代代调用成功，需要账号有相关功能权限才能代调用。https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/oplatform/Third-party_Platforms/2.0/product/offical_account_authority.html涉及的权限集是[7]群发与通知
