why can't I call API in preview in wechat-app?

I can call API normally in wechat-devtools but when in preview mode on wechat-app, API is not called

Any suggestions for this problem

      sr but how can I see the message on wechat-app
      in wechat-devtools, having no error-message, API work normally

      when I turn on debug mode in wechat-app
      API wil be called normally
      But turning off debug mode, api is not called 😥😥
