在cocos creator 2.4.5里直接开通的云开发服务，登录到腾讯云控制台就出现了上述的提示，请问要如何解决？

你好，在cocos account的账号设置页面点一下授予子账号权限，然后腾讯云控制台就有权限访问云开发了，麻烦试试看。
